LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW

Communication is Key

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment with us. Life happens, and we're here to support you. If you find yourself needing to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our policies.

At Aoni Beauty, we have implemented a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to ensure that our clients can secure appointments promptly and to honor the time reserved for other clients. Any appointment that is classified as a no-show or is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation/no show fee. We acknowledge that unforeseen events can occur, but we kindly ask that you promptly notify our staff in such cases.

In the event of three consecutive no-shows or cancellations, we require clients to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. Please note that the prepayment amount is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If you reschedule your appointment prior to the 24-hour window, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Aoni Beauty only, and is non-refundable.

We hold great respect for the time our clients have set aside for their appointments, often scheduling weeks or even months in advance. Additionally, we maintain a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those time slots, inconveniencing both our clients and our team members. We genuinely appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it enables us to uphold the highest standard of service and provide an exceptional experience for you and future clients.

By scheduling an appointment at Aoni Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you with the utmost care and professionalism.

LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that life can sometimes get hectic, causing unforeseen delays in your schedule. If you anticipate running late for your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. Open communication is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies regarding late arrivals.

At Aoni Beauty, we strive to provide every client with the utmost care and attention. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to consider rescheduling or offering the slot to another client. In the event that we are able to accommodate your late arrival, please be aware that we may not be able to complete the full service you had initially booked. We will do our best to perform as much of the treatment as possible within the remaining time.

It is important to note that arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. We understand the value of your time and aim to make the most of the scheduled duration. In cases where significant delays occur, exceeding the 15-minute threshold, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Please be advised that a cancellation fee may be applied in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (refer to our Appointment Policies for detailed information).

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the allocated time slots for our clients and service providers. Your punctuality ensures that we can maintain a smooth flow of appointments and provide exceptional service to all our valued clients. REFUNDS:

At Aoni Beauty, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Esthetic results can vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve your desired outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. Each individual's response to treatments may differ, and additional sessions or treatments may be required to achieve your desired results. We are committed to working closely with you to customize treatments and provide recommendations to help you reach your goals. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and we are here to address any concerns or questions you may have. Thank you for choosing Aoni Beauty as your esthetic provider.

RETAIL:
At Aoni Beauty, we take pride in offering high-quality products to enhance your skincare routine. We carefully select and curate our retail products to ensure they meet our standards of excellence. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on products purchased.

We stand behind the quality of our products, and in the rare instance that you receive a defective product, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days for the same product only. Simply bring the defective item back to us, and we will provide a replacement. Please note that exchanges can only be made for the exact same product and are subject to product availability.

Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates or Gift Cards purchases. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable.

RESTRICTIONS:

At Aoni Beauty, we strive to create a serene and relaxing environment for all our valued clients. To maintain the tranquility of our salon and ensure the comfort of everyone, we kindly request your cooperation with the following restrictions:

1. No Children/Animals:
While we adore children and have a soft spot for animals, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or animals to Aoni Beauty. We understand that finding childcare or pet care may be challenging at times, but this policy is in place to ensure the enjoyment and relaxation of all our guests. However, children may receive services when accompanied by a parent. For children under the age of 16 receiving spa services, a parent must be present in the treatment room for the entire duration of the service, and a consent release form must be filled out.

2. No Extra Guests:
To maintain a calm and tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request that you come alone to your appointment. We are unable to accommodate extra guests in the spa area. This policy allows us to focus solely on providing you with exceptional service and ensures that other guests can enjoy their experience without disruption. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

3. No Smoking:
In consideration of the health and comfort of all our clients, smoking is strictly prohibited at Aoni Beauty. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. This policy helps maintain a clean and fresh environment for everyone to enjoy.

LOST & FOUND:

Protecting Your Belongings

At Aoni Beauty, we strive to create a safe and secure environment for all our clients. While we make every effort to ensure the security of our premises, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing valuable items with you during your visit.

Please leave your valuable items at home when you come for your treatment. Aoni Beauty cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings incurred during your time with us. We understand that certain items may hold sentimental or monetary value, and we strongly advise against bringing them to our salon.

Although we take utmost care to provide a secure environment, we cannot guarantee the safety of your belongings while on our property. We regret that we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.

In the event that an item is found or left behind, we maintain a Lost & Found service. Any discovered items will be securely stored for a period of three months from the date they were found or from your appointment date. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.

Your cooperation in safeguarding your personal belongings is greatly appreciated. We want your experience at Aoni Beauty to be focused on relaxation, rejuvenation, and beauty, without any worry about the security of your possessions.
